What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address, a scrambled version of your password, and the county and districts you choose. If you use the address lookup to find your districts, your address is sent to the U.S. Census Bureau's public geocoder to identify them and is not stored by us.

What we do with it

We use your county and districts to decide which posts, votes and elections to show you, and your email to confirm your account, reset your password and, if you turn them on, send you notifications. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who can see it

Party admins see counts of how many people are signed up in their area. They do not see your email address or any list of individual users.

Keeping it safe

Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted, and admin accounts require a second code sent by email. Your political affiliation is sensitive information and we treat it that way.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Your email and profile are removed when you do.
